Yes. Unfortunately international tracked shipping can be quite expensive - but I do offer a cheaper, non-tracked option.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 2-4 business days of when the order was placed. Please keep in mind that I’m a one person team so processing time may be a bit longer during a big sale or around the holiday season.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you chose a tracked shipping option you will be provided with a tracking number. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive any emails from me. They’re likely hiding in there.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on your package weight, your location and if you require tracking.

My package arrived damaged or went missing. What should I do?
I’m sorry to hear this! Get in touch with me via email - email@example.com - and I will happily sort it out for you. Please include your full name and order # in your email. Damaged or lost packages can be replaced immediately as long as I have the right items in stock.
